Claudia Welss

Claudia’s projects are at the nexus of consciousness, technology, human-earth energetics, and large-scale social change. She’s board chair at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) and on the steering committee of the Global Coherence Initiative. Claudia’s also cofounder and chair of the Invest in Yourself program at Nexus Global Youth Summit and Network, which is focused on exploring the inner dimensions of leadership and the causal relationship between personal transformation and sustainable planetary change for a global network of 2000+ Millennial philanthropists, impact investors, and change agents. Her mission to increase coherence across domains using both inner and outer technologies results in collaborations ranging from grassroots subtle activism (as a council member of the Gaiafield Project) to research and investments in new coherent laser waveform and Vedic science applications. Claudia is also on the council of Sourcing The Way and is founder and ED of NextNow Collaboratory, described by the director of the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence as an example of a “new kind of collective intelligence.” For two years Claudia worked on the Synergy Engine technology concept as a board member of the Foundation for Conscious Evolution.

During Claudia’s tenure as director of the University of California, Berkeley Haas School’s Center for Executive Development, where she was building and delivering strategic learning programs for global corporations and pioneering sustainability curriculum, Willis Harman (Stanford Research Institute, IONS) invited her to join a 5-year “Peace-building Through Business” inquiry at the Fetzer Institute. That eye-opening, heart-expanding experience inspired her to leave Berkeley to focus on consciousness as a higher leverage point for intervening in the creation of a regenerative culture.
